Best Way to Avoid the Doctor

The best way to avoid the doctor is to literally eat an apple every day. An apple a day keeps the doctor away!

Organic, of course.

Stay in a positive frame of mind, having gratitude always.

Shore up your immune system with positivity, gratitude, plenty of Vitamins, especially D and C. And a bunch of the other good stuff that I have already written a lot about…magnesium, baking soda, selenium, zinc, monolaurin, glutathione, medicinal mushrooms, plenty of greens, and rest too.
