6:11 am PST. The Euro has backtested a major trendline on the weekly chart and has rallied on negative divergence on the daily chart. I have become bearish on the Euro and this looks like a good point to short to me. These types of backtests usually become the kiss of death. Stop at 1.1523. A break above the trendline would take the Eur/USD to 117.
